Processing Plant

We present to you, a citrus processing plant, where several production processes are carried out, namely mandarin concentrate production, citrus calibration and packaging for export according to the highest European standards, production of three types of plastic boxes, and a 3000-ton cold storage.

The plant can process 200 tons of raw materials in 24 hours, from receiving tangerines to obtaining the final product (concentrate) and placing it in storage.
The yield is 1000 kg of concentrate, requiring 66-71 kg of raw materials per kg of concentrate.
After processing 3000 tons of raw materials, there's a residue of 60%, amounting to 1800 tons.
The packaging line produces 250 kg of concentrate, filling 220 litters in aseptic bags or metal barrels.
Consideration is being given to setting up a waste recycling line for pectin production to increase production potential and reduce waste.
The concentrate line is fully equipped with Italian equipment from BARIGELLI and Ing. A ROSSI.
